🛑 Order Cancellation Policy

The moment you place an order on our website, our team immediately starts processing it. However, we also understand that sometimes you may change your mind or decide that you no longer want the product after placing the order.

👉 That’s why we allow you to cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it.

If you placed a Cash on Delivery (COD) order, we will simply cancel the order without any financial transaction involved.

If you paid online (through UPI, debit card, credit card, net banking, or any other method), your money will be refunded through the same payment gateway you used. Usually, the refunds will be credited and processed your account within 5–7 business days.


⚠ Please note: After the 3-hour window has passed, the order will already be under processing and cannot be canceled.

⏰ Delivery Timeline

At Jerotom, we always try our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Before packing, we carefully check every product to make sure the correct size, design, and quality are being shipped to you.

👉 Once your order is confirmed, you can expect the delivery and receive it within 7 to 10 business days.

Our delivery partners operate across the country, so in most cases, delivery happens on time. However, in rare situations such as natural disasters, courier partner delays, government holidays, or unforeseen events, delivery may take an extra day or two.

You can always order from us with full confidence, knowing your products will reach you on time.

💰 Return & Refund Policy

1️⃣ Quality Issues

Every product at Jerotom is created with great care and attention. However, if for any reason the design cracks, fades, or gets damaged within 14 days of receiving the product, this will be considered a quality issue and we will initiate the return or exchange/ replacement.

📌 In this case, you can contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email. We will review your complaint and provide a proper solution.

2️⃣ Wrong or Damaged Product

Sometimes, mistakes can happen during packaging or shipping. If you receive a product that you did not order, if the wrong size is delivered, or if the product arrives in a damaged condition, you must notify us immediately.

👉 Such issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
👉 Along with your complaint, you must also provide a clear video proof — either an unboxing video or a video showing the damage/problem clearly.

⚠ Without video proof, we will not be able to accept any return or refund request.

If your complaint is genuine and reported within the specified time frame, our team will give you two options:

For any product related issue  you can ask for return within 2 day .

We will send and deliver you a replacement and exchange of the same product with in 7-10 business days .

Or, if you prefer, we will refund your money through the same payment method you originally used.
 


Either way, we will ensure that the issue is resolved as quickly as possible.
